Are you familiar to it? Yes, you are right it is the icon of your pen drive. Is it not so boring? So I am writing this trick for customizing your pen drive icon.
For doing this carefully observe these steps:
Step 1: Download an icon file from Google by writing “download icon 32×32
pixel”.
Step 2: Now press win+r for opening run command.
Step 3: Type Notepad and press enter.
Step 4: In notepad type the codes given below……
[AutoRun]
Icon=icon.ico
Step 5: Save this file to your pen drive with name autorun.inf.
Step 6: after that copy the icon file and rename it to icon.
Now remove the pen drive and again plug it to view your icon.
Suggestion: If you have some type of antivirus, anti-spyware, etc. then they may stop this AutoRun file from running. So first stop the AutoRun stopper for taking effect.
